At PBS we are very proud to have supported East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice (EACH) charity for 20 years and continue to support their outstanding work with families and children.
EACH provides a wide range of services and support to children and families with life threatening conditions.
EACH, which provides care and support to life-threatened children, has outgrown its current hospice in Quidenham. Due to the changing and more complex needs of the children and young people they care for and the increased demand for their services and needs to move to a purpose-built site. The nook will be built in Framingham Earl just south of Norwich and will offer services which are either currently unavailable or extremely limited at Quidenham.

To help these families even more they are trying to raise money for their Nook Appeal. A new state of the art hospice in Poringland, where it will be situated on an idyllic woodland plot, creating a wonderful tranquil setting for children, young people and their families. It will also be better positioned in the county, within a thriving local community and won’t be as isolated from services, hospitals and road networks.

Stephen Gibling, Director at PBS, said: “We are very proud to have supported East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice (EACH) for 20 years and continue to support their outstanding work with families and children. EACH provides a wide range of services and support to children and families with life-threatening conditions. To help these families even more they are trying to raise money for their nook appeal to build a new state of the art facility in Norfolk. They can’t do this without our help, that’s why at PBS we have committed ourselves to raise £15,000 in the next three years for the appeal. I’d encourage other businesses across Norfolk to join us and support this worthy local cause!”

James Bacon, EACH Norfolk Corporate Fundraiser, said: “We’re delighted that Plastic Building Supplies Ltd have pledged their support for our nook business network and are committed to helping make our vision of a new hospice for local life-threatened children and their families a reality. We need the support of all sectors of the Norfolk community – individuals, schools, community groups and of course the business sector to achieve our fundraising target , so support from PBS is fantastic and we very much look forward to working with them.”
